They all go to the same location. Means the main directory of openmw that is containing the executable. ReShade doesn't have a linux support and do not run on it with a native openmw installed. You can try to run the windows version of openmw on linux via wine + DXVK extension. If you want to run the native linux version of openmw, you would have to run only the opengl32.dll via wine + DXVK. I'm not sure if that is possible.
I see. Unfortunately, openmw on linux doesn't contain a one-folder main directory. It has many different file paths across the computer. So, that makes sense, now, why I wasn't able to install coronashade on my install even though I added it to my resources folder. The directory structure is just simply different.
Appreciate the feedback and the quick reply back! :D
Love this! But I get a 'Unable to save current preset. Make sure you have write permissions to C:/Program Files/Open MW 0.46. 0/CoronaTheColdShade.ini' error message at the top of my screen that doesn't go away. Help?"
Try to run the game as admin. Alternatively you could install the game to another location then the standard Program Files folder. Something like "C:\Games\OpenMW 0.46" for example.
Some post processor effects like DOF are not fully supported by OpenMW. Atm, they can't be integrated consistently. I'm not sure about the fog, but I suppose fog effects especially the volumetric ones are too specific for reshade. The ENB's binary is written for specific games and have a higher chance to implement such extra effects to OpenMW. Not for sure. But it's only written to a handfull of games and is far away from supporting OpenMW, I guess. (Edited 08.07)

Unfortunately, I can't quite figure out how to install it on my OpenMW Linux distribution.
What do I do with the ini files? And where do the texture files go as well as the shader files?
