   I know Patch of Purists hopes to avoid questionable rebalancing the such that other Patch projects eventually included, but this appears to be a clear bug fix. I'd suggest it for inclusion there.

      Agreed. Both this and Ancient Dagoth Brandy were clearly meant to use Drain effects with those long durations.

      I hadn't even noticed the issue with Ancient Dagoth Brandy, but I'm using BTB's Game Improvements which I think changes it along with other liquor. But yeah I agree, I think it should be in PFP. I can't imagine the developers intended it to be that way.
