   Sorry if this is a dumb question but I was wondering if this would conflict with Morrowind rebirth at all ?

      I dont know if it is compatible but from my knowledge of previous version, he does not touch the same area. Should be fine if you load this after Rebirth.

   Hi I'm having a glitch where seemingly every enemy NPC in the game has the spell ''Neloth's Curse''. Just started the game so it's makes the playthrough really hard with a low level character.

      I am not sure what is causing the issue. I have not assigned it to anyone and it may be due to a balance mod. I am aware of this and will look to prevent this. Could you give me information on your mod list?
      
      Removed spell so it should not be a problem

      It's either Danke's Telvanni Cephalopod Armor or the Retextured Better Bodies version by Resdayn Revival. Hard to tell in the screenshot.

   Awesome mod idea. Always hated that we knew of some magical vault Neloth had yet it just didn't exist.

      At the time, I bet Bethesda caught the inconsistency but wrote it off saying "Eh, Neloth's a wizard. He put the vault in Oblivion."
