No hard requirement, but the statue might look weird without.

The statues of the Tribunal saints St. Delyn and St. Olms are ugly. Not only that, in a game like Morrowind where there's a mod for almost every little detail, these two gentlemen are mostly overlooked. This mod improves their looks with updated heads matching MacKom's better heads. Also some really ugly UV's have been fixed in the statue robes (not shown in the screenshots). The textures added in this mod are intended to match Aeven's Set in Stone texture replacer for these statues. It'll work just fine without it though.
Qwertyquit has also made a completely new set of HD textures, with a somewhat more vibrant look. These are included in the extras folder.
