About this mod
Those "toxic waste yellow" borders always bothered me, so I made a simple retexture. This is an upscaled vanilla texture, taken from Intelligent Textures pack, includes imperial flag and imperial banner. Apart from removing the yellow border, I fixed some artifacts caused by upscaling.

INSTALLATION:
If you are using a mod manager, install like you would any other retexture mod, make sure to place it after any other retextures that include imperial flags/banners, otherwise you won't see any changes.
If you are installing manually: unzip in your Morrowind folder, overriding files there.
