I came across a slight issue when trying to play with the mod installed. The mesh for the helmet has the wrong texture paths, and the correct textures won't show up when you change the paths because they're in .png rather than dds. Looks great though!
for anyone new with no real modding experience, the texture path in the mesh is set to C:\textures, so just make a dummy texture folder directly in your c drive and drop the textures in. I think you could also change the path in nifskope but i have no experience with that
I like the new look, now it actually looks like it's made out bits and pieces of dreugh shell.
TR (Tamriel Rebuilt) includes the remaining parts of the armor. They work well together with this mod. The main flaw with the TR parts is that the textures are fairly low res, so it would be nice to have a high res version of these parts as well.
Not sure am I going to make additional armors since there's only these in vanilla. I think the shield looks okay as is, so I might not touch that either.
There's a complete set of dreugh armor used TR (they added the missing parts), maybe you could play around with those and add a compatibility patch at least as far as textures go.
You did a great thing here, making one of the derpy looking armors in game, look a lot cooler but still fit into the game.
