About this mod

Hello! I saw a wonderful idea for a mod by caerendevwin, called All Clothes Exquisite Enchant Capacity, but the idea was too comprehensive for me. So I made a mod that should only affect the visible clothing throughout the base game, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon. Note that while caerendevwin was my inspiration for this mod, I edited these values myself.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
You! Citizen! Are you tired of all your characters wearing the same exquisite clothing by endgame? Do you want to have more freedom in your choice for what to wear, without sacrificing the enchant capacity? Well, look no further!

WHAT THIS MOD DOES

This mod should give all unenchanted, visible clothing that you find in the game as much enchant capacity as was possible for that slot in the base game. For instance, all unenchanted robes should now have the enchant capacity for the Exquisite Robe, and all unenchanted gloves should have the enchant capacity for the Extravagant Gloves.

WHAT THIS MOD DOESN'T DO

This mod is basically a cheat; I won't deny that. However, it is not intended to increase your power in any way that does not also increase your freedom for cosmetic clothing options in the game. Any clothing that is not visible on your character, such as jewelry and belts, retains its original enchant value. Also, no items should be able to make your character more powerful than was originally possible in the base game.

INSTALLATION AND UNINSTALLATION

To install, you must simply plop the .esp into your Morrowind\Data Files folder. You can then either disable the .esp, or remove it entirely to disable this mod.

DEPENDENCIES AND CONFLICTS

This mod requires the base game, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon. It will likely conflict with any mod that changes the base clothing of any of these parts of the game, other than mere retextures. I have tested the mod with Better Clothes by dereko, and it should work with that mod.
This mod may or may not require the Morrowind Code Patch and the Unofficial Morrowind Patch, since I had them when I made this mod and, frankly, you should too!
