   I'm experiencing the same as Demanufacturer87. Spellbreaker isn't there. Playing on OpenMW and with the Morrowind collection "GV's OpenMW TR+OAAB+TOTSP+BCOM+Fixes".

      As I suggested to the aforementioned other user:
      
      Try moving it around in your load order. That usually helps me. If not, then it's probably an overlooked incompatibility with OpenMW, unless for some reason you have to update the Navigation Mesh Cache to make it appear.

      Make sure you run Mlox and then reimport your settings in the OpenMW launcher so that OpenMW gets the new load order. The shield is there for me.
