   So even if I use a texture replacer like Arkitektora Telvanni can this work? If I overwrite this will the pbr materials show up since the other one lacks that?

   Hello, I installed the mod, but i still dont have that orange mushroom roofs on housepods like they are on screenshots. Is that from some another mod ?

   does it work with vanilla Morrowind?

      If you have a vanilla copy, this will change some of the textures, but you need MGE XE PBR alpha to make the normal maps bump up.
