Thank you so much! Just found Westly's Pluginless Replacer Complete and it's BY FAR the best IMO out of the box npc replacer for Morrowind despite it's age, and your fixes clean up a lot of the jankiness and residual issues (bad ears, bald patches, etc). Really appreciate your work!

Thank you for this much needed fix @Kartoffels !

There are so many compilations built around and off Westly's stuff -but hardly any improvements or fixes. Quite a few hair sets were clipping or had bald patches, not so after this fix, again thank you.

I choose Westly's stuff mostly for the faces, although I wish the Dunmer Eyes were lore friendly - the hairs are a little over the top for a global replacer but still better than wooden hair pieces of vanilla. Regardless, your mod helps refine the rougher edges.

So, I am using a compilation and want to "force" your mesh fixes upon it. I understand that esp type mods like the compilation are specific directed to use their nested folders and assets but can these be hijacked as shown in my picture below? I installed a straight replace mod after the esp compilation that lacks your fixes...but I think your fix mod will latch onto the replacer and be present in game now.

Here's Westly's Heads on Nexus - the uploader messed up author's name a bit, so google might not find it. https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/50152?tab=posts&BH=0

Morrowind Modding History is still up - but I remember it was updated/curated by guys from Fliggerty team - if memory serves right. Hopefully it won't go down, now THAT would be AWFUL.
Edit: I've checked up Fliggerty's patreon, the funding seems to be kinda alright, some activity still happening. Still it'd be a good idea to help people cover the hosting costs - mw.modhistory.com hosts thousands Morrowind mods

      Here's Fliggerty's patreon, for the interested https://www.patreon.com/modhistory

Right now Fliggerty is down, and there's no longer a way to get Westly's Pluginless Head replacer as far as I can see

Yeah. Fliggerty gives me a "This page isn’t working. download.fliggerty.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500" message.

I downloaded this for use later, but I have scoured the internet for Westly's Pluginless Head and Hair Replacer and I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know where to find it or have a copy of the file?

B_V_Breton_M_Head_01 is bad in Westly's Complete, no animation so it floats to the side.

When I add this mod to my game by merging the Meshes folder there are no changes in game. Does anyone know why this would be the case?

No changes how? The file is just a set of meshes that do some very specific changes in the way hairs and faces are displayed.

You also need beforehand to have had installed Westlys original Face pack textures and meshes as well for these to override them as well.

If you're not seeing any pluginless replacers in-game, then it's most likely a BSA issue which can be fixed by the Morrowind Code Patch.
