   I love the layout of this mod! It's been a part of my load order for a while now, though I noticed there are some changes to the landscape that seem unnecessary (dirty references, perhaps?) Normally, it wouldn't be a bother, but there are some brilliant Ebonheart Overhaul mods (I use Izi's) that conflict with this one if the load order is not right. It just seems like it would be more convenient not to have the landscape edits present at all.
   
   Update: Using TESAME, I have removed the landscape edits and there seem to be no interruptions (cosmetic or otherwise) to your fine mod.

      The exterior is modified but it's still compatible with BCoM because BCoM doesn't modify the area I modified. Good to go with BCoM.
      
      ***10/08/2021*** - I've since been informed that there is now a landscape conflict between this mod and BCOM. Load EICR before BCOM.

      I would recommend having this load before Beautiful Cities of Morrowind otherwise you will have landscape conflicts. Edit:Incredible Mod by the way,I really love what it adds to the game world it really feels like the headquarters for a faction that is partly for maintaining the faith of outlander settlers but also the missionary arm of the Nine Divines.
