I've been speaking to Half11 about it. A reduced subset of this mod's features look like they'll be making their way into PfP, plus some other filtering fixes as a bonus :)
Once that version of PfP has been released, I intend to release a reduced version of this mod that just adds the ability to refuse Larrius Varro's quest, since the new PfP will include and extend my other changes.
If you prefer my implementation though, it will still be possible to run this current version alongside PfP as long as this loads later - it should just overwrite PfP's changes.
BUG The "latest rumor" about Larrius Varro ( "The Legion Champion...through the system.") blocks other Balmora rumors because of missing "Journal town_balmora < 5" check. FIXCorrected.
When you talk to Varro for the first time, "work" topic can't be linked (it's not blue). After talking to him again the text changes and now "work" is clickable. Otherwise an absolute must have mod, thanks!
Any reason why one couldn’t use the main esp and the optional esp at the same time? They seem to do different things, and I would like both of their features if possible.
