Recent version of OpenMW broke black soul gems, as in, you can capture with them but you can't use them.
Update: black soul gems are working for enchanting IF you open the dialogue box with a different gem and then switch to a black soul gem. All the same, it merits some investigation.
Love to see this mod updated seeing there are a lot of new scripting capabilities in Openmw 0.49. Hopefully getting rid of the no-pants things seeing as it was originally a requirement to get the appearance change to work for the lich transformation.
It's not true BTW. There are also modified a small bunch of cells from Bloodmoon and Vvardenfell (like lairs, chests etc) It's may create some bugs with TOTSP, for example. Author, please PM me, if you need help.
Really liking the mod overall, but is there a way to remove that constant effect 80 points of night eye when you become a lich? It kinda ruins the lighting and makes the game look pretty ugly
I don't want to pester you, but the necromancer Dedaenc has no barter tab on him when I find him. I got the book to work but I pretty much can't get the black soul gems. Sorry.
OpenMW CS dirties all Topic Info records each time a mod is saved? Does it also mean all mods made in OpenMW CS are dirtied too? Perhaps it can be fixed by copypasting these records in Enchanted Editor.
Could you please elaborate on this. If I take a big quest mod with lots of topic info records, move a single chair a bit in OpenMW CS, then save it, will all topic Info records be messed up in the resulting .omwaddon? (I mean, resaving original .esp file, not making a patch for it). If it's the case, will copypasting these (topic and topic info) records from original file in Enchanted Editor fix it? Theoretically, It should work, if OpenMW CS doesn't change anything else that Enchanted Editor can't then read correctly.
Hi Stealthjackal, I was wondering if you know of any major conflicts with other mods or any important information about where the omwaddon should be in the load order? Mlox is being updated to be able to read the openmw.cfg and onwaddon/omwscript files, so I'm looking to start updating mlox rules now for mods using the omw file formats :) I'm not asking you to resolve any mod conflicts and update this mod in any way! I just want to be able to record any conflicts or load order info to add that info to mlox :) Thanks!
Having played with it a bit, I'd suggest adding some powers to the race, somewhat like Lichcraft. At the very least a Spellcraft and Enchanting power would be great additions.

Can't figure out why he won't sell - the mod marks him as buying misc. items so technically the should buy and sell misc. stuff
