I've created an interior cell that connects to all major places in Vivec. You can access this place while in a major place or just outside the city.
Version 2.0 is leaps and bounds better than 1.0. Please update if you haven't
Issues
3 doors open to nothing. Feel free to recommend some locations. (Telvanni, Olms, Delyn)

Installation
Drop into Data Folder (or use MO2)
