There seems to be a bug that happens when I fail to eat an ingredient (due to low alchemy skill). In this case, I get the "I have just ingested an ingredient" message when I try again, even if I close and reopen the menu, and even if I wait for a long time. I think it's waiting for the effect to appear, but since I failed, it never does?
Saving/reloading allows me to try again. Also MCP's "healthy appetite" feature would eliminate the problem.
I like the concept of this, but it is worth noting that a lot of scripting mods (MWScript and LUA) use dummy potions to apply magic effects to the player, and this mod does not play well with them doing that.

Yes, I have. But I don't know if this error is even a problem... I have seen similar errors when loading a savegame an MWSE mod has not been used with, but the error usually goes away when saving the game with the mod active. Anyway, I just thought I'd mention it in case there is a problem with it.
I review a little ingestion code base and indeed, that is a bug when you use ingestion without MAB0's exploitable, I'm on my way to post a fix. Thank you to have reported this.
Thank you for making this, I really enjoyed it so far, but I feel it's a bit too much restrictive. Can you add an option to allow one ingredient AND one potion at a time? In your other mod you allow magic effects from different sources, so this could be the same I think, and one more ingestion wouldn't make your stomach burst :)
