Questionable dungeon design, poorly written dialouge and the mod is awfully unoptimized, giving me frames of 5-10 in the lower part of the gigantic dungeon cell.
So... What? Dagoth Ur comes down from that rich mountain of his; says he's not a greedy devil; smiles a dopey smile; the people cheer for him; he turns out- to the surprise of no one- to be a horrible leader; tells everyone "no, you have it all backwards, I'm the victim here. Those prophecies are FAKE"; causes a bunch of people to die from Corpus even though he said "it's harmless"; and finally gets his incompetent and idiotic ass kicked to the curb. Yeah. Sounds about right.
