This is the best Mark/Recall mod I've found and after playing with it a while I think each new character should start with the tomes in their inventory. I don't want to play without them now. Occasionally someone marked disappears from the list but that's the only problem I've had.
There is potential to use this as a cheat by moving NPCs around and clearing house, but if you have the restraint not to do that then these tomes are a huge quality of life improvement from lvl 1 on.

One was from the vanilla morrowind , it worked
The other was from MR (morrowind rebirth) and i could not find her in the list.
i would be great if any characters could be recalled.
