I haven't done Solstheim stuff but apparently you can have the factor's estate built in one of three possible locations, would it be possible to eventually get an update to the mod where we can finance building the other estates and finding tenants for them too? :)
ToTSP just updated and made big revisions to the exterior and interior layouts of Raven Rock, including the shops ("Both Trader and Smith now share the same building location and interior shape", "New Trader and Smith interior cell names, the old cells are still there but are inaccessible from the outside"), while I haven't played it yet I suspect this mod will no longer work properly. Would love an update if possible. :)
Thank you! I hated making that decision. Give them a trader and they really need a smith. Give them a smith and where do they buy their stuff from? So glad they have both. It's hard enough being on Solstheim without wondering where to buy things from.
Endorsed. Loved!
BTW - I'm on OpenMW and it works perfectly with that.
I have to ask--is there any risk to installing this after starting Raven Rock? All I've done so far is escort the workers there and supply 4 pieces of ebony.
I'm probably a little late to answer your question, but as long as you haven't started the quest in which you choose which store to build it should work fine.
Love it. Makes perfect sense given the faction and background. Non intrusive, no need to install post completion. Sometimes its the simple things that are the best and I appreciate this one.
You mean after the quest is complete? Not through normal gameplay. If you don't mind a console command: set ColonyService to 9 Journal, CO_4, 115The journal command is optional. As far as I can tell everything uses the ColonyService variable, so it's a "just in case" measure. As always with the console, use at your own risk.

Found a small typo, nothing serious. For "services" after both have been built:
"We have a smith and a general tader. If you need more than that you might try Fort Frostmoth."
