A companion to No-Frills Open Vivec.

Vivec, situated in the idyllic Ascadian Isles has closed cantons while
Molag Mar, situated in the ashstorm-rich Molag Amur, is open to
every little blighter swooping in?

It seems more likely that originally all cantons were open, Molag Mar
was implemented first, and when it was time to work on Vivec the
Morrowind developers discovered that it tanked FPS hard.

Nevertheless, Molag Mar really should really stay closed, on account
of ashstorms. So this is what the mod does. This is all it does.

INSTALLATION

Copy the files into your Morrowind\Data Files Folder and activate the
ESP in the launcher or your Mod Manager of choice.
