A little foreword:
I think dwemer didn't use such kind of weapon themselves. But they could make it for aldmers or even nords. In the mod it is Dwarven weapon. Also, in present some smugglers can make a weapon of ancient scraps & rubbish. In the mod such weapon is called as Dwemer.
So, you can find the Dwarven weapon in the ancestral tombs of the house, which contacted with dwemers more than the others.
And you can find the Dwemer weapon in the places linked with smugglers.

Fixed the bug with non-ignoring normal weapon resistance
Added dwarven tanto & wakizashi and dwemer katana & dai-katana.
