Magicka Based Spell Advancement has one flaw if you're using MGSO, or Excellent Magic Sounds. It can't know what school of magic you're using, and can't repay you magicka with the new sounds. So, I fixed it, and I had to change some stuff too. I also fixed it so that it works with MCP swiftcast.

For users of Magicka Based Spell Advancement and MGSO's Excellent Magic Sounds, adds compatibility between the new magicka sounds that act as a trigger for Azrael's MWE mod. I had to change some of the sounds in order to get the right schools associated, including Calm, Rally, Turn Undead and Summon Fabricant. I'm not an experienced modder, but this has been cleaned of GMSTs, and it works in my game. Hopefully it does for anyone else who's noticed this problem. Download Magicka Based Spell Advancement on Morrowind Modding History, and makes sure this loads after MWE_base and Excellent Magicka Sounds.
