Pre-requisites:

Simple Install:

Copy the "Data Files" folder to the location of your "Morrowind" install and merge all folders.
"Accept" any prompts to merge folders with existing folders.
No files should be replaced during the process.

Alternative Install:

Copy the file "BrutalHands.esp" to the "Data Files" folder, where Morrowind is installed.
