This mod overhauls dialogue concerning quests so that you can get them at any point, without needing to meet a level or faction rank requirement. No one will hesitate to give you a quest anymore because your character is considered weak, or inexperienced. Excellent for roleplaying a reckless character, or for experiencing Morrowind in a way where you would have a bigger freedom in selecting the order of the quests that you want to complete.
Quests included:
Main Quest: Vivec Informants (You no longer need to be at least Level 3 to start)
Great Houses: Stronghold quests (you can start building them as soon as you join)
Hlaalu: Ilmeni Dren's quests (No longer need to be at least a "Kinsman")
Fighters' Guild: Alof and the Orcs, The Verethi Gang, Hunger in the Sarano Tomb, Vandacia's Bounty, Alleius' Bounty, Sondaale, Engaer's Bounty, The Pudai Egg Mine
Mages' Guild: Ranis Athrys' Quests, the second half of Edwinna's and Skink's quests, the last two quests by Ajira
Tribunal Temple: Basically the second half of every questgiver's quests
Imperial Cult: The Oracle's quests
Quests excluded:
Quests for which a rank requirement would be logical story-wise are excluded. (Such as Duke Vedam Dren's two quests which are about making the player the new Grandmaster of Hlaalu -> Obviously, a high rank in the faction is needed) The same goes for any quest that has a prerequisite quest. (Such as Great House quests about killing the owners of the rival strongholds -> Obviously a stronghold is needed first)
Is this cheating?
No, because it merely allows you to roleplay a reckless character. You may get the quest to kill Gordol, the Daedric worshipper at Level 1, but it does not mean that you would be able to complete it. This mod merely gives you the freedom to do quests in a preferred order instead of the game holding your hand. The only thing that will prevent you from doing quests that you were not supposed to do at that point is your character's lack of skill and talent, but not a paternalistic/disdainful quest giver.
