The Bazaar Sewers is located in Old Mournhold you will need Tribunal for this

I remember when i first played tribunal and i first got into the Sewers for some
reason i got stuck and i could never find my way out.. it was funny because the
space was so large and felt even larger, a bit strange to see it so small, so i
changed that. i made the Bazaar Sewers bigger and i added a load of goblins to
face so good luck..

Its all vanilla to match the sewers the idea is so you get lost, or at least try..
no added detail just afew things to trick the fool outlanders.
