Ever wanted to rent a place in the city? Well, now you can.
After killing Dura Gra Bol for the Fighter's guild the doors will lock on her house when you leave it. If you try to gain entry it will tell you that the house is now available for rent and who to see about it.
Rent is reasonable and is due weekly. If you do not pay it then the doors will lock until you do.

The house is emptied of all decoration and is very sparse. It contains three books shelves, some crates and barrels that hold a ridiculous amount of your collected junk. There is also a large and small chest with high encumbrance levels
