Shut the Fuck Up, Cliff Racers! drastically reduces the frequency of idle Cliff Racer screeches, by editing the kf file of the cliff racer mesh. In the vanilla file, cliff racers play the "cliff racer moan" sound during every single idle animation loop. I have edited the kf file to instead play the sound on the moveForward animation.

Shut the Fuck Up, Cliff Racers! drastically reduces the frequency of idle Cliff Racer screeches, by editing the kf file of the cliff racer mesh. In the vanilla file, cliff racers play the "cliff racer moan" sound during every single idle animation loop. I have edited the kf file to instead play the sound on the moveForward animation. As a result, cliff racers still screech a lot, but it's much less spammy than it was before.
Back up your Data Files/Meshes/r/xcliffracer.kf file. Rename it to xcliffracer.kf.backup or whatever. Then unzip the mod into your Morrowind folder. This is a pluginless replacer of a single file.
