Version 2.1
Items that are both in vertical mode and against a wall can now be freely rotated around the central axis with the rotate key. Vertical mode now cycles on/off instead of multiple rotations.
Holding Alt to copy the last orientation also temporarily disables auto-alignment, so you can reposition tilted items without changing the item orientation.
Removed unneeded message box on picking up an item.
Added support for translation files using the recently added MWSE translation library.

Items will align to the ground, in the same way as the Just Drop It mod. Special thanks to Merlord for the code. Alignment can be switched on and off with a toggle key, and there is a default setting in the menu too.
Picking up tilted items will rotate them to a flat orientation when in the air.
Moving vertically oriented items no longer shifts the item a small distance on pickup.
You can hang items by holding Rotate key + Drop key.
