A VACANT SHACK IN SEEYDA NEEN

Version 1.0

This mods essentially adds lore-friendly accommodation for the Player in Seyda Neen, a new NPC and a couple of journal entries. Players that prefer staying in Seyda Neen a bit longer, in order to explore the area, complete quests and find treasures (tax collector quest line, Tarhiel, Mentor's ring, Addamasartus, Remote Shipwreck etc), will find this mod particularly useful.

The NPC is called Satoran Omayan and he is a Dark Elf level 3 rogue. He begins a dialogue upon first encounter, offering to sell the shack to the Player. Namely, he acquired it through a game of tables with "a loud Nord hired to help the Coast Guard". You can tell its Hrisskar Flat-Foot, who already has a gambling problem (Ganciele Douar's note, Fargoth's hiding place). You can decline Satoran's offer but that doesn't prevent the Player from reconsidering. Upon buying the shack and receiving the key, Satoran will soon leave Seyda Neen (I used a modified Vodunius Nuccius script for this).

The shack is of the most modest kind and illustrates a bit of the original owner's idleness and probable drinking. Anyway, at this point the Player has at his/her disposal five containers, a bed and some items.

The point of the mod is to basically add the possibility of accommodation for the Player early on in the game and, at the same time, to blend in as much as possible with the original setting.
