Good day, all. RubberMan01, thank you for the mod. I discovered (and wanted to use) it when my character had already been created. Is there a way still to feed it the player's choice via console commands / to set the variable for it to use? Or, to let the choice window to appear after character creation?
When is the menu supposed to appear? I even left the Census and Excise Office after talking to Sellus Gravius and the menu never appeared.
Edit: nevermind, I already solved it, I didn't know that when you use MO2 (or maybe it was just me idk) you had to open the game from there since, for some reason, opening the game in a normal way does not show the data files, so te mod technically was not installed.
After adding this mod to a completely standard game, meaning the 3 Bethesda ESMs and also their first add-ons, when I load the game I get this in Warnings.txt:
"One of the files that "DB_Delay_YourChoice_EN.ESP" is dependent on has changed since the last save. This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message but not necessarily fix any errors. One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information."
This is while the game is loading, NOT when loading a save. I don't see how it can be reporting a base-file update on an initial program load!
MO2 isn't showing any mod or archive problems. Can someone suggest what it may actually be complaining about?
Not sure if this mod isn't working properly due to me using OpenMW or sleeping in a mod added home. After installation, I started a new character, the choice screen showed up as intended and I chose to wait until the end of the main quest. The first time sleeping in a mod added home I was attacked. Character is still level one. I reloaded and tried to run the script in the console and nothing seemed to happen as the assassin attacked again when I tried to sleep at the mod added home. Any suggestions?
I've also tried using several of the other mods for the DB delay and none of them are working either, whether I sleep in the mod added homes or not.
Re-download it mate and try it again. I updated it for this very reason. I don't have OpenMW though so just working on a guess. Be nice to know if it's fixed though.
I downloaded the update and installed it. So far it's working. I've slept in two modded homes, and also out in the open multiple times and no encounters yet. Thank you.

Mod organizer do not install files in game directory, so you need always run game from MO.
