Sooo, after a quick search I found which file you can modify in OpenMW to get the sliders as high as you want. I'm including zip with the file and the path, so you can use it, or find your own and make the adjustment you wanna make. Mine is set for 600pts, 3600seconds and 120 yards range.
Just put the file, or find your own, in the given path in the main OpenMW folder. Not the data files! The OpenMW installation one, for example D:\OpenMW 0.46.0. You can open the file with common notepad, or better yet, with Notepad++.
You can easily find the ranges ctrl-f-ing "range" or one of the numbers.
