Talk to a member of the mages guild about latest rumors. Get the disposition of a member of Telvanni above 70. Talk to the person the Telvanni member tells you to. They will tell you approximately where the book is. If you still can't find it, open up the construction set. Click on details of the esp. Look for cell under ID. This will give you the name of the modified cell. Open up the esp using the construction set. Click on the cell name under cell view. Double Click on the modified item in the cell item list (object id). I have no idea if this mod works on a non English version of the game. I am using google translate. I have no idea how this will read.
A way to unsummon them could be useful though otherwise there will be plenty of abandonned creatures everywhere in the game, I guess it won't eat cpu power since only the active cell is updated, but it will make the savegames to grow..., but otherwise good idea for the part about summoning things that are not summonable normally like a skeleton champion, or even a skeleton archer. It ruins the conjuration school though, summoning spells are usualy very expensive in mana and high level ones are very hard to cast, here the only difficulty is to find the books, once it's done it's over.
I guess for now clicking on the creature with the console opened and typing disable should be enough to unsummon them... Ah also it would be nice to see what a summon costs before casting it !
My apologies for the late response. The bug that was turning them hostile was corrected. It was caused by having a high aggression value on a follower. My guess as to why this affected OMW and not the original would be priorities in the runtime loop. The guess is that combat is checked before follow in OMW but in vanilla combat is checked after. However, this is only a guess.
I suppose I'm a little late to respond, but I don't have any plans to make them purchasable. If someone wants to extend or modify this mod, I don't have a problem with it. Three of the tomes ids' are 0nmSM_mscUndead, 0nmSM_mscDaedra, and 0nmSM_mscConstruct. i.e.: player->additem "0nmSM_mscUndead" 1
Edit: I take it back, they can now be purchased from Ababael Timsar-Dadisun in the Zainab Camp.

P.S. Disabling a creature doesn't delete it so it is still in the save file.
To delete it you would need something like
sethealth to 0
