   This is one of the most nifty and underrated mods I've ever stumbled over. 10/10 stars.
   Endorsed and highly recommended.
   
   Yes it does let you cheat your way around a few intentional "I don't wanna talk to you" bugs, but it also fixes the dreaded "Who's There?" bug that still pops up now and then, and it *might* work for vampire service refusal (haven't tested it yet).

   This sounds like it could be useful for fixing stuff like the "who's there?" bug.

      I can confirm that it does get you around that blasted bug.
