Breathe some life to the public spaces of Ald-Ruhn with carefully placed clutter, two new merchants, and a cozy player house.

Ald-Ruhn feels awfully sparse and hollow, despite having the same services and amenities as Vvardenfell's other towns. So here's my attempt at fixing that while keeping faith with the minimalist Redoran aesthetic.
This mod adds:
a delightful ash mire fountain in the square that fronts the manor district, and some less flashy gathering spots in the less exalted parts of town.
some pillars and banners, and a small geography edit, to give the temple approach some charisma
two merchants, one selling food and drink from a stall next to Ienas Sarandas' house, the other selling pilgrimage offerings and related miscellany in the temple courtyard
a small but comfortable player house, near the entrance to Morvayn Manor. Comes with plenty of storage space.
the closest approximation of a formal garden that I could manage with Ashland flora
other small environmental touches
Geography edits are minimal, and only around the steps to the temple and the manor district, so it should be compatible with other mods. (I think. I'm pretty new to this modding thing)
