      It is from necessities of Morrowind, presumably made by Taddeus. Permissions seem to state that as long as you keep it compatible with NOM it’s fine, but tbh I doubt the author is still around, the NOM page is gone from Nexus.       cant remember if there is an email address in the readme or anything but if you can shoot them a message, that would be the kosher approach. If they don’t reply in 30 days I’d just include a disclaimer (if you can’t make it nom compatible) that you didn’t hear back but you’ll take the mod down or make changes (like find a different mesh) if the author asks.
