   Interesting concept, but does this take into consideration when a player or npc tries to use a 2 handed weapon?

      Or a weapon at all, if it's the right arm that's missing. Would be cool to have left-handed characters somehow.

      For now, it doesn't at all. It's purely a piece of clothing that makes limbs invisible. It might be possible to sort through each animation and use a script to ignore the ones that would be phantom-limbed, but unless there's a large desire for an amputee character for some reason, I don't think it's worth the struggle.
      
      That might be worth looking into for original games using OpenMW, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

      I have to wonder if, lore-wise, Restoration can even regrow lost limbs -- considering Jiub has a mutilated eyeball, and Yagrum has no legs.
