I just watched your old stream wherein you asked, has anybody ever defeated Gaenor without cheating. I was just able to do it on my last play-through, but I was already a very powerful level 35, equipped with heavy armor, and leaking artifacts wherever I walked. And I was using Sunder with a Blunt Skill of 95. It was still a very tough fight.
The encounter was so odd, unbalanced, and nonsensical, that I thought Gaenor to have been added by one of the many mods I had running rather than a part of the vanilla game. Baffling.
