Interesting use of Lougian's light rays... if that's the case, you really should credit the author on the front page, where everyone can see it; not just in the readme file or drop window where most users won't see it. It's a modding courtesy.
The ray were changed a lot, you could see it in the game. I got it, thanx. I'll fix that. Also I plan to use Lougian's textures in the future daedric mod. I asked his permission. I hope there will be no problems with it.
Asking permission is only half the equation. Any resource you use that's not your own, should be stated loud and clear on the mod's front page. Most users don't bother with the readme files, unfortunately, no matter how much we try, so that information gets lost and content creators don't get the attention they deserve. Browse through Nexus and you'll notice that credits are clearly stated, followed by what they specifically used. This avoids any false information about the mod spreading; you make a clear distinction between what you borrowed and what you made for everyone. I noticed this with most of your mods. If I were a casual user, and I downloaded your mods, I could easily get the impression you made them by yourself... which clearly is not the case. I noticed a few authors not get credited in other mods, including Lougian. Hopefully, you can correct this error in the near future, and give credit, where credit is due, loud and clear for everyone to see.
I just checked the mesh and all you did was to remove the actual light rays and only leave the mist. That's not "changing a lot". You also included all of Lougian's light ray textures for whatever reason, even though the mesh you included doesn't even use them. Either way, no matter how much you change about an asset, always credit what isn't yours.
Can you please stop using someone else's work without giving proper credits? This mod uses assets by Lougian, while you only mentions yourself in the credits. This has happened at least twice before, of which I know (Melchior Dahrk, Otis_Geo). So I do not believe that this is a omission. Giving credit after people have complained goes against the whole idea of giving credits. It saddens me to see how practices like this continue to chase away the people who are able to make original work. I will inform the Nexus staff about this.
