   Does this Mod affect NPCs and creatures, or is it just the player character?

      using the Attend Me mod for OpenMW I can see it effects NPCs as well

      Yes
      
      Just tested it in Starwind with OpenMW and my Force recovered in around 5 minutes with the Low plugin. (no percentage)
      
      Very good. Any faster than that would be too much imo.

   Thank you so much. I was using "Purist-Friendly Magicka Regen Exponential Willpower Scaling" on the slowest setting, but it's magicka regen was getting too fast (exponentially lol) so I switched to this one, which looks like it'll cap at 0.666 magicka / 3 seconds (for 100 INT/100 WIL) on the normal setting, which is just fast enough in my opinion.

      Updated to include an option for my own scaling regen as well. Should be a good bit slower than that mod even with it enabled, and it scales off of current magicka so the regen rate actually slows down if you are low on magicka. Comes with three speeds, includes two more base speed options as well.

   Does the high setting still regenerate magicka slower than the original version of the mod? Could I see the exact formulae for all versions please?

      Also something like ( ( wp/2 + ( int / 10 ) ) / 45 ) would be appreciated (that is slower than original mod but faster than the high setting, am I right?)
