Morrowind Tactics II is a happy little overhaul that changes everything “tactical” about Morrowind. I wouldn’t want to bore anyone with a long ass description, so instead here’s a bullet list of what this mod does:
Uses Apoapse’s Attack to make combat more sensible, no more will you hit someone only to here the miss sound and face extreme disappointment (unless your fatigue is extremely low or your fighting Gaenor).
Uses Projectile Overhaul to make all projectiles fly faster, and make bolts and arrows more lootable.
Uses Fatigue and Magicka Overhaul to rebalance those attributes without changing the overall difficulty.
Uses Speechcraft Rebalance to make speecraft less frustrating,
Uses Guard Diversity Improved to make the guards of Morrowind less copy and pasted, Imperial Guards spawn with random faces and sometimes races.
Uses and expands upon Vvardenfell Bandits to add immersive Bandits to Vvardenfell, as well as hostile dreamers to Red Mountain that suffer from blight.
Uses and expands upon Classes Expanded to add more lore friendly classes to Morrowind, as well as a few previously unplayable vanilla classes.
