Amazing work.  Bonemold finally meshes seamlessly with the rest of the updated game.

    Hey there Cem!

First of all thanks a lot for the mod, I love it. There is just a tiny thing I noticed with the English ESP.
The Gah Julan Gauntlets that you added to the game are still written in Kyrillic/Another foreign language I think (which is why the name is just funny erronous symbols if you play in another language) as well as the Chest that you put them in near the Vendor in Ald-Ruhn.

I decided to fix that and also move the chest itself a tiny bit so it doesn't collide with the other chest that is added by the official (patched) plugins to avoid clipping (since most people would be using the official plugins in one way or another).

Would you like to have the ESP file to publish it as update? If not I'll just keep it to myself ;)

But again, thanks for your work!

This is awesome, even in MGE. How did you make this work? It looks like a normal map but works in MGE without OpenMW. Did you do bump mapping manually?

I ran my Delta Plugin with Open MW and the legs on everyone wearing bonemold armor are gone... Any idea as to why this is/how to rectify

Issue with the basic bonemold pauldron, it won't show up on anybody and would just show the sleeve part only.

Not sure if I already asked it before or not but is there any way to make this pluginless? Wanted to used it for tes3mp but haven't been able to make any progress myself for a while.

Cut into bodyparts through a nifscope. Although you can do without it by copying and renaming some files.

Is there a compatibility patch for use with Better Morrowind Armors? I noticed some of this mod's bracers are not displaying correctly and I suspect it may be because of some ESP references that cause BMA to overwrite the meshes provided by this mod.

I have tried to rearrange the load order by putting both Bonemold Armor Replacer's meshes and texture files and its esp at the very bottom of my MO2 load order so that it would overwrite BMA's changes but sadly the bracer problem still persists. If anyone could help me understand what sort of conflict is happening between these 2 different esps i would really appreciate it!

The basic bonemold bracers are still using BMA's vanilla-looking meshes and textures but the gah-juland and armun-an ones works just fine.

Also I realized that in the BMA zip file's armor mesh folder (Data Files/Meshes/a/) rather than seeing a bunch NIFs I instead found several different folders with different parts of armor meshes in each of them. I suspect it may be because BMA's esp is referencing a specific and non vanilla-like file directory for the bracer's NIF file, thus causing it to overwrite some mods that still uses the vanilla Morrowind armor mesh file directories.

I only have 4 armor replacers installed. The first one is Better Morrowind Armor, then this mod with the additional fix by MonoAccipiter, then the Restyled Helmet Replacer by Ruffin Vangarr and finally the Daedric Lord Armor Replacer by Saint Bahamut. I placed the esps for those last 2 mods below BMA's esp in the load order and they both seem to be working just fine though, despite having the same armor parts replaced by BMA as well.

The game only has bonemold bracers and gloves that I added. There are no Armun-An bracers. This is something your mods add.

Yes that's a mistake on my part, there's no armun-an bracers in your mod files. Sorry for the confusion there! Idk the armun-an bracer probably comes from either Tamriel Rebuilt Data or OAAB Data I think, as I have them both installed as well. Anway, I'll try replacing BMA's bonemold bracer NIF mesh files with the ones from your mod so that the BMA esp loads your bracer mesh and I'll see if it works.

      Edit:
I used the fixed mesh files from Bonemold Armor Replacer Fix (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/49686). Fortunately, I managed to get it working as intended. Here's what I did:

      (1) I copied the following NIF bracer mesh files from Bonemold Armor Replacer Fix: 'a_bonemold_bracer_gnd.nif' and    'a_bonemold_bracerL_gnd.nif' and put them on my desktop.

      (2) I renamed both of them so that they correspond to their BMA counterpart: 'a_bonemold_bracer_gnd.nif' to 'a_bonemold_bracers.nif' and ''a_bonemold_bracerL_gnd.nif' to 'A_Bonemold_Bracer_L.nif'.

      (3) I then extract both of these new meshes to where BMA's bonemold bracer mesh files are located and replaced them. ('bam' folder for 'a_bonemold_bracers.nif' and 'Lefty' folder for 'A_Bonemold_Bracer_L.nif'). I also recently installed Better Morrowind Armor fixes and Improved Pauldron meshes by Pherim (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/47920?tab=files) so I also searched for BMA Fixes' bracers mesh file and replaced them accordingly with the ones from Bonemold Armor Replacer Fix.

      (4) I did the same thing with the bonemold pauldron as I noticed the basic bonemold armor's left pauldron is still using the BMA model when dropped on the ground. I took your bonemold pauldron mesh file (a_bonemold_pauldron_gnd.nif), renamed it to 'A_Bonemold_Pauldron_L.nif' then replaced it in both BMA and BMA Fixes.

Glad to help! It's been quite a while since I last visited this mod page and I'd like to point out that even though the fix I gave here could make the bracers reappear in-game, it doesn't quite fix the body alignment issue (the bracer parts and the rest of the arm are mis-aligned). I'd like to present a much better way to completely fix the bracers issue once and for all (It's quite long I know but it will come in handy for other mods too):

      1) Open up the TES3 Construction Set either through the exe itself in Morrowind directory or if you have MO2, launch it through MO2's executable interface and wait for it to finish booting. If it fails to boot or crashes, apply the 4GB Patch on the TES Construction set exe.

      2) Then, unde the 'File' tab, click on 'Data Files' in the upper left corner. Then, look for any ESPs that is related to Better Morrowind Armors. I have the fixed Better Morrowind Armors ESP from Pherim's Various Armor Improvements and Patches mod page installed on MO2 so I use that mod's ESP instead of the original ESP that comes from Better Morrowind Armors by Moranar.

      3) Once you have found the base BMA ESP in your load order, click on that ESP and then click the 'Details' button. You will now be shown a big window list of ALL the things the ESP changes/adds to Morrowind. Find all entries related to the **BASIC bonemold bracer parts (NOT THE GAH-JUHLAND OR ANY OTHER BRACERS) as there should be a couple entries of it in both the ARMO and BODY section. Select those basic bonemold bracer entries and press the Delete button on your keyboard. The Construction Set will tell you that the entries you just selected will be ignored in-game and in the Construction Set, but the bracer entries themselves will still remain inside your BMA ESP, albeit ignored as though it dosen't exist. Then, rinse and repeat the above steps for all the other BMA-related ESPs in your load order.

      ***EXTRA***

Once you're done with all of that, you could technically call it a day here. However, for me personally I would prefer to completely remove the basic bracer-related entries from the ESP itself, not just ignore it in-game. So if you're like me, what you need to do is open up the 'Data Files' tab in the Construction Set again (or not, if you did not close the Construction Set yet) and before you do anything, REMEMBER TO CHECK MORROWIND.ESM, TRIBUNAL.ESM AND BLOODMOON.ESM, as without these 3 ESM checked, you will have a lot of random junk GMST a.k.a 'Game settings' entries added to your ESP when you save your ESP edits later. These are called Evil GMST and depending on what they are, some of them might actually end up butchering your gameplay with a bunch of bugs. (NOTE: Just toggling ignore inside the ESP Details tab will NOT cause random junk GMST entries to pop up inside your ESP). If you ever edited any ESP through the Construction Set, you should probably go through their 'Details' window again and find any GMST entries that are not supposed to be there.

Mods like Better Morrowind Armor most certainly does not need to edit un-related game settings like lockpick skill multiplier or birthsigns but mods like Morrowind Rebirth or Patch for Purists on the other hand will most likely change GMSTs as these mods either aims to alter or fix the game balance and will involve a lot of GMST edits in their ESPs, so it realy comes down to the mod's function.

Once you checked those 3 base game ESMs, look for the BMA base esp and any of the other BMA-related ESP with bracer entries that you have ignored. Check only one of them and click the 'Set as Active File' button and wait for the Construction Set to finish loading. Once its done, don't do anything in the object or cell view windows and just click 'Save' under the 'File' tab. If you are using MO2 and you can't find the BMA esps inside their respective mod folders in your MO2 mod staging directory after saving, then it is very likely the saved ESP had been 'teleported' from your 'mods' folder in MO2 into the 'Data Files' folder in your Morrowind install directory. If that happens, just cut-and-paste the mislocated ESPs back into each of their respective folders inside the MO2 'mods' directory. If in the rare instance where there's actually 2 of the same ESP after you saved (One in Data Files and the other in the mod's MO2 mod staging folder, happened to me couple of times now) AND you had just closed the Construction Set, then you might need to manually test both ESPs in-game or just re-install and re-edit the ESPs as once you close the Construction Set, MO2 automatically redates ALL ESPs inside the load order to different dates in the year 2000 so you won't be able to tell which ESP is the one you just recently edited. Once you figure out which is which, simply put it back into its respective mod folder in MO2 mods staging directory.

Yep, totally not a long guide at all.
