This mod was influenced by Pastagon's Simple Balmora Player Home. It is a very similar mod but with a few of my own tweaks and touches for players who are after an easy, quickly accessible player home with lots of storage.
Some of the changes I have made are:
Edited dialog and journal updates from Caius Cosades. To make things more immersive so that when you meet Caius for the first time he will offer you this player home as a blades safe house for you to use. He will give you a key to unlock the player's home. (This is recommended on a new play through) For those with an existing play through I have uploaded a non-dialog/standalone file so you will be able to access the player home without getting the key or talking to Caius (just like Pastagon's mod).
Added bigger storage. All the containers and sacks in the player home have increased storage from 200-300 to 999999 (have not tested thoroughly) Storage will also not re-spawn.
No owned items. All items in the player's home should not be owned by any other NPC.
Slight re positioning + terrain of the player home externally to make it appear like it's built into the side of the mountain like the original mod was. But no stairs or rooftop access is visible.
Use Nexus Mod Manager or drop into Morrowind data folder
Uninstall: just delete Balmora Safehouse.esp from the data folder
---Compatibility---
This mod may have issues with some mods that edit Balmora such as MGSO and Morrowind Rebirth.
