Alcohol is far too common to have effects 5x that of some potions. Why even make strength potions when sujamma costs 30g and gives you +50 hulk strength? This changes that.
Also included - a hardcore version that's even more balanced. Keeps the negative effects but reduces positive effects. No one drinks a whole bottle of wine and feels great afterwards, not even in Tamriel.
Changes: Flin, Cyrodiilic Brandy, Greef, Mazte, Nord Mead all effects reduced 50% Skooma positive effects only reduced 50% Vintage Brandy changed to +20 strength -20 agility (from +30/-30) Sujamma changed to +10 strength -20 intelligence (from +50/-50) Shein untouched
