   From what I can tell, basically a large buff to light armor and a small buff to medium and heavy armor, everything increased in enchant value.
   Amor now scales linearly, so Nordic Fur is the worst, then Netch Leather, then Chitin, then Glass is the best.
   Previously, Nordic Fur and Netch were almost identical, Chitin about twice as good as either, then Glass 5 times better than Chitin.
   
   Here are changes to the light armor Cuirass armor as an example of the general changes made:
   
   Nordic Fur - Increased in armor and decreased in weight.
                        Cuirass change: 5 -> 8 armor, 9 -> 8 weight
   
   Netch Leather - Increased in armor and decreased in weight.
                             Cuirass change 7 -> 12 armor, 12 -> 11 weight
   
   Chitin -  Increased in armor and increased in weight
                  Cuirass change 10 -> 20 armor, 6 -> 15 weight. 
                   Note: Chitin now has same armor as iron, but weighs about half as much.
   
   Glass - Some armor increased in weight, some decreased.
                 Only tower shield changed in armor (increased 55 -> 60)
                 Cuirass 18 -> 16.5 weight. Boots 3 -> 11.5 weight.
                 Note: Glass weighs less than half than dwemer and has 10 more armor per piece.
