I had the same problem with the nordic guard getting stuck, looks like the door animation freezes and locks him, but with 2 small edits i was able to fix it , since i don't have permission to release a fix i'll ask here, Zobator if you read this, give me permission to post it here on Nexus and link the file here in the comments, or maybe consider to contacting me and checking out my edit and add it to your files as an optional file for the others who has the same problem.
Here's what i did in case anyone wants to fix it too or i don't get any answers:
The walking guard has his speed to 100, wich makes him too fast, so i lowered to 45 wich is the vanilla value, for my second edit i rotated the door in 180 degrees, so now the nord don't get stuck and he goes to the place he was supposed to go.
I love the new layouts of the prison ship and C&E offices and really wanted to keep them, but that guard and those two doors...
So I tried your suggestion, SnakeSkullTh, but my skill with the CS is minimal, so I took the easy route and simply deleted all three with Enchanted Editor. I also slowed down the main guard and reduced the fight AI of the others, because being instantaneously put to death for stealing a loaf of bread seemed a bit harsh!

This doesn't work at all in OpenMW, the NPC's run around the ship crazily and get stuck in the wall. Sometimes they open the first door and sometimes the second door, but the guard always gets stuck in the wall so you can't start the game.
Would be nice if we could get a version that still allows you to steal stuff. If you don't want to steal something then don't do it. Why rob that choice from us? There's a reason they give you a pass since you're under protection from the emperor himself and assigned to do an important mission for them. As a savvy player I'd appreciate getting to abuse that minor bit of power to get that traditional limeware platter and warehouse key.
Great mod, so much better than the vanilla chargen. I do have to use togglecollision for the guard to get pass that damn nord though, i thought it may be my animation mod at first but i disabled it and he still wouldn't budge.
I tried this mod and most of the time when I start a new game, that bald prison guard is blocking the way then the guard that supposed to greet you is just running around until that bald guy moves. I suggest to just make that other guard to just stand stationary in one spot not blocking the grated gate and the path of the guard that comes to you.
That shouldn't be happening. The Nordic guard is scripted to walk back to his initial position after opening the gate. I tested and timed it so that he's out of the way in time to let the other guard pass unhindered.
Are you running vanilla MW or OpenMW (and if so, what version?)
I will say I like the mod a lot, I'm a big fan of this sorta stuff that slips nicely into the game. I ended up just killing the nord guard with the console before the guy shows up, but then the Imperial can also have trouble at the next door, starts running and can't navigate through it sometimes.

If you want to steal stuff, use the game's stealth skills like you're supposed to.
