Sweet, well themed apartment, mostly balanced since it's small and doesn't have much storage by default. Really recommended for a Morag Tong or DB characters
However, since it's an assassin's themed house, it could be hidden somewhere dank and away from a important walkway, like being placed in the canalworks, or underworks.
some house mods i tried have some ''cursed'' items that when i try to pick it imideiatelly crashes?is there any problem like that with this mod? im gonna try it when i get back to my pc im in love with these types of houses..i have one installed currently for my thief at balmora and i want one in vivec too... also whats the difference with the first version?
Nice vanilla housing! There's a bit of storage and a couple of higher loot items, but this snug hideaway is perfect for darker character types like assassins or perhaps even thieves.
Thanks! I'll probably swap out the skill books very soon, I honestly just copied them from a Vivec Library since I was too lazy to arrange them manually.

The first version had more valuable loot and duplicate books in it that I deemed a bit too good for beginning characters.
