Initial release
Replaces the mesh and texture for the quill found all around Morrowind. It always bothered me that it looked so flat and 2D (even though it actually has a 3D model). This simple replacer adds a model with an actual round rachis. Also, much sharper textures are used. This is purely made out of personal need. Take note that the model is pure overkill for such a small object. The vanilla one bothered me so much that I really overdid the poly-count to ease my mind.
