The armors/weapons displays look impressive, the alchemy sorter looks quite good too, just a pity it doesn't recognize all ingredients, but it does a good job already (and luckily st alchemy doesn't change the ingredients a lot so they are mostly still compatible with a very few exceptions). Too bad for the book sorter because it does display the ugly standard look of the books and not the improved version even if installed. If you collect books, you want them to look good ! The services lady doesn't like you much at start so she sells expensive and buys cheap, not really a good idea, I guess we can always use the console to improve that, and why only hla oad as a transport point ? I guess the prices for services are high too making her not really interesting, but good looks congratulations !
More important : I got a script error coming from this mod when going to the "imperial employment office", another mod from the nexus. The script rm_morebooks crashes when entering the office and after that the animation slows down insanely. I removed the mod after that.
I really like this, especially some of the unique displays and armor displays that you've set up.
I don't know if I have the expertise to do so or not, but my own preference would be to have to trap door not in Nerano Manor, but somewhere either in the Balmora Lighthouse house mod that's here on Nexus, or Emma's Domehome/Balmora Expanded mod that's on her website.
If I can successfully make a patch or modify your mod to work with either of those two mods, do you have any objection if I post it here on Nexus? I've fooled around in the Skyrim CK a little bit, but never the Morrowind CS, so right now it's just wishful thinking.
Thinking out loud about this some more, I think a patch would be best for what I wanted to do, based on my scant knowledge of the CK. Move the trapdoor to those other homes, then (since both of those houses are free) increase the "rent" you pay to Nerano and have the trapdoor key also be the key used to open the door to the houses as if you're renting the whole place from him.
So I was able to fool around and learn enough to make my patch happen. Domehome now has a new trapdoor that requires the vault key or same high lockpicking skill, and the vault has a new exit back into Domehome. Posted as a patch (that still requires the original mods) here on Nexus, hopefully it will meet with your approval.
Nice sorting concept, lot of storage and unique displays. Oddly some display-fronts ain't working for me at all, for ex - ebony and indoril armor works, but glass and adamantium doesn't? Nevertheless, the storage and features of the mod are suitable for a long playthrough. Thanks for the upload of your great work dude !

Yeah...I had the same problem. Go into the Creation Kit. Check off morrowind.esm, tribunal.esm S.P., blloodmoon.esm, and Nerano Vault.Esp. Set Nerano Vault.Esp as the Active File. Then Save the file and Exit the Creation Kit.
I also can't get the Sideboard (or Slideboard) storage thing to work.
For the most part I'm just a tester. I test Skyrim mods.
your rebirth version calls to the wrong patch number... just thought you'd wanna know... (If you think i might be someone from twitch/discord... you're probably right)
