Nice! I've thought about this from time to time, and considered it lore-breaking to just drain 3 points of magicka and act like no one could cast spells through that, but never actually got around to doing anything about it. Was kinda inclined to use Silence, myself, but I'll just use this, since I never seemed to be able to get around to doing anything myself, despite the simplicity.
