I have spent many hours trying on hundreds of modded armors, and this is easily one of the most tasteful/well-done sets I've seen.
Personally, I lowered the Def / gold vale drastically, so that it compares to lower tier medium armor; this feels more appropriate for start-of-game loot (as is, this set has a far higher rating than the highest tier medium armor in the game).
This looks really great! I was wondering why there wasn't more dragonscale stuff in the game. This completes me! Found it in a chest right where it's supposed to be. No issues! Thanks for the sweet armor.
