Hi love the home but the three ! are still there for the rebirth version. Other than that the cottage looks exquisite. The interior is very homely and modular. The detail you put into structure is phenomenal. Just fix those trees and its golden. I'm not sure if the issue is with my game or not, if so please offer a solution.

placing the esp and mod generated by mod organizer last in the load order by manually move it help solving the land seam problem.
you still got the ! mark in the house but the 3 ! marks outside is not there.

If I could move into this house in real life, I would. I love the outdoor area, the little storage area under the 'deck', and, my favourite, the attic bedroom *swoon*
However, I still have a land seam problem near the training dummy - for me the dummy is also partly underground. Not sure if this is my install but I don't think so. Also have the missing guarskin drum mesh/texture/icon.

Another comment to say you did a great job decorating this house. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, even if it got a little crowded with a follower or two in the attic. It really is cozy and on a par with some of the excellent "cozy" houses made for Skyrim. Well lit and decent storage underground and outside. The outside area was nicely done. Yes, there's a lot given away, but you captured the feel of somewhere lived in and left in a hurry.

The Morrowind rebirth version isn't fully compatible with the latest version of Rebirth, which adds rocks right in front of the stairs. Loading this mod afterwards (and redating it if mlox sorted it earlier) fixed it. I also had the same problems reported last year in the vanilla version with the three trees in the Rebirth version. Finally, as said below, there are a few strange edits to other cells and to the stats of iron and steel armor. But these are easily fixable by the author or anyone loading up the console or MWEdit / Enchanted.

    Recommended!

So underrated - what a beautiful home mod

IMPORTANT EDIT: The current file however contains missing meshes/textures for the misc_de_drum_01 (guarskin drum).

Also, it makes several changes to vanilla items. Just and FYI to those who use it.

EDIT: It also makes several edits to the world that I'm pretty sure aren't needed? Some cells in the Ashlands and Ascadian isles have been modified, even though the home itself is just in Caldera

I d/l'd the vanilla version. It's a great little home, but sadly I had 2 issues. Firstly, there were three trees in the yard that were big yellow exclamation marks. I consoled disable and setdelete and got rid. I guess that is one of the untested foibles of the vanilla variant. The second problem is it creates a small misalignment crack in the world surface skin just outside the Caldera gate heading for Balmora, a minor thing but an 'immersion' killer- if you can say 'immersion' when talking about Morrowind!?

But- for a first attempt it's a really great house and I would have moved in but for that crack!

Thank you for your feedback! I have updated the mod. I know I have fixed the land seam issue and I'm pretty sure I fixed the trees.

    Looks cozy indeed

My only suggestion is to remove the grazeland trees to make it blend in better with the enviroment.

Great job for a first mod!

Thanks! I'll definitely look into changing the trees.
